If you want to permanently delete your OnePathshala ERP account and associated data, you can submit a deletion request by email.

Send an email from the email address associated with your OnePathshala ERP account and include your school or organization name and account details so that we can identify the account.

OnePathshala ERP may be provided through an active subscription purchased or managed by a school or organization.
A school or organization may choose to cancel its subscription through the applicable subscription process or by contacting us.
Account deletion can also be requested before the subscription expires. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.
3. Deletion process
When a subscription ends without an earlier deletion request, the associated account and data are scheduled for deletion after 90 days.
If you request deletion before the subscription ends, we will process the request within 30 days, subject to verification and any information that we are legally required to retain.
4. What data is deleted
Depending on the account and features used, deletion may include the account and associated information stored within OnePathshala ERP, such as:
- Account and login information
- School, teacher, and student profile information
- Attendance and academic records stored in the service
- Fee and related account records
- Notices and other information associated with the account
- Other data associated with the deleted account
The exact information deleted depends on how the OnePathshala ERP account and its features were used.
5. Data retention
Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for legal claims, fraud prevention, security, accounting, compliance, or other legitimate legal obligations.
Where information must be retained, it will be kept only for the period reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
6. Refunds
Deleting an account or requesting deletion of data does not automatically create a refund.
Subscription payments and refunds are handled according to the applicable subscription, cancellation, and refund terms.
Once an account has been deleted, restoring the account or its associated data may not be possible.
